I have always had a positive experience at this dental office and I have been attending for over ten years. All of the dentists are knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. The dental hygienists are just as wonderful. I especially appreciate Catherine and how comfortable she always makes me feel when I’m getting my teeth cleaned.

Empress Dentistry is a wonderful practice. From the moment you walk in, the entire team is welcoming and accommodating. Adriana Ballesteros has been my hygienist for years, and she manages to be both exceptionally thorough and gentle. I would confidently recommend her to anyone. Dr. Ortega provides excellent care as well. I have nothing but good things to say about her, especially because she is trustworthy and never pushes you into procedures you don't need. Highly recommend!

Dr. Sebastien made every appointment very easy and comfortable. He is professional, calm, and incredibly patient. I really appreciated the care and kindness showed by him and the entire staff from reception to assistants and hygienist throughout the process. Thank you for such a great experience 🙂

This appreciation is long overdue for Empress Dentistry. I first came to this clinic in 2019? with significant dental and gum issues, and at the time, I did not have full insurance coverage aside from my school insurance. Despite this, the reception team and management went above and beyond to help me afford the necessary treatments for my serious gum problems, which meant more to me than I can express.

I am deeply grateful to all the doctors and hygienists who carefully assessed my condition and provided the proper treatment plan for my dental and periodontal needs. Over the years, I have undergone deep cleanings, periodontal surgery, wisdom tooth extractions, and regular cleanings, all of which were handled with professionalism, care, and compassion.

Through this journey, I truly built a strong connection with this clinic and always felt supported and understood. I feel incredibly blessed to have found a dental team I trust wholeheartedly. Special thanks to Adrianna and Claudia (my tooth fairies), who continue to help me maintain and improve my oral health. I am sincerely thankful to the entire Empress Dentistry team.

Professional, efficient, and provide more services than you can ask for compare to other dental clinics. All the dentists are kind, front desk are welcoming, and the hygienists friendly. Positive vibe from the team and seems like a good work environment. I wish I can go back as I've moved away from Ontario, but they are the best clinic in Toronto and GTA.
