I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Sim and Practice Manager Nancy for the excellent care they provided to our family.
They treated four of our children, and our experience has been very positive. Dr. Sim was professional, patient, and caring with each child. He made them feel comfortable and took the time to explain everything clearly. We truly appreciated his kind and gentle approach.
A special thank you to Nancy as well. She was always welcoming, helpful, and professional. Her support, kindness, and organization made every visit smooth and stress-free for our family.
It is not easy to find a dental clinic where children feel safe and parents feel confident, but this clinic gave us exactly that. We are very grateful for the care and attention our children received.

I had such a wonderful experience at this dental office and honestly can’t recommend them enough.
Everything got off to a great start with Nancy, the practice manager. She responded to my email right away and handled all of the paperwork for transferring my records incredibly quickly. She even called me personally and was so kind and lovely to speak with. Moving to a new dental office can sometimes feel stressful, but Nancy made the entire process completely seamless and stress-free. She even went the extra step of getting an estimate for my insurance ahead of time, which I really appreciated.
My hygienist, Banaz, was truly the best hygienist I have ever had. She was wonderful—so sweet, kind, and personable. On top of that, she was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer every single question I had and gave me really helpful advice about my dental health. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and wants them to feel comfortable and informed.
Dr. Horrigan was also fantastic. She was knowledgeable, efficient, and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. She gave me answers and insights about my dental health that I had never received before, which I really appreciated. It was clear she was both very experienced and truly attentive.
From start to finish, the entire team made this such a positive experience. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. I would absolutely recommend this office to anyone looking for a great dental team!

I like this dental office a lot, Doctor Shawna Horrigan is such a nice person who has lots of patience when dealing with my kids dental issues. The dental hygienist also are amazing staff over there.

I went in for my regular checkup and cleaning.
The staff are exceptional in that they are pleasant and provide great service.
From the reminder calls to the care and follow up, everyone at Longfields Dental cares and it shows.
I love that feeling of squeaky clean fancy mouth bones after an appointment.
PS - I know that teeth aren’t actually mouth bones, they’re enamel, dentin, pulp, and cementum.

I’ve been coming here for a few years now and I’ve had a great experience! Nancy at the front desk is always very welcoming and willing to help with anything!! And Dr. Shawna Horrigan and Banaz as my dental hygienist are very thorough and able to answer all the questions that I have. They also make sure the next 6 month appointment is booked in before I leave so I stay on track.
Definitely recommend!! Only beware of gum pocket measuring haha, that one hurts a bit!!
