All the staff are very friendly and attentive. Going to the dentist isn't always a pleasant experience, but here it is, from the reception to the professionals and doctors, all very kind and dedicated.

I am new to Burlington,and changed my dentist through reviews online. Dr. Cohen and Associates is as close to the perfect office that anyone could want. All the staff are considerate,kind and gentle. Definitely worthy of the 5 star rating!

I always come away from Lakeside Family Dental in good shape! There's very little if any wait time, and the hygienists that I have had are wonderful. Even the entertainment is enjoyable on the TV's! I'll be sticking with these folks!

I’m so happy I found Lakeside Family Dental , being new to the city of Burligton ! The instant I walked in , I felt welcomed in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere with a great team of Dentists , highly skilled and professional and a welcoming and accommodating staff ! My hygenist Christie is wonderful as is my new Dentist , Alessandro Dessessare ( Alex ) and is very skilled and professional,also Dr. Cohen and the rest of the team!Thank you all for your hard work and dedication to your patients!

Recently, I had the unfortunate experience of chewing on a chicken wing and ended up with a badly cracked molar. Dr. Cohen reassured me that not all was lost and proceeded to take me through the steps of a temporary crown and eventually a permanent crown.
Now I am back to chewing on both sides of my mouth but am still not back to chicken wings!
Thanks for all the professional service at Lakeside.

Great place! I've been going to this dentist for almost three years now and they are great. Appointments are on time, nice and modern office and the hygienists and dentists are friendly and down to earth. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist!

I have been going to Mel and Michael for about 55 years, and have yet to have a bad experience. Like most people, I originally felt nervous when going to the dentist, but for many years have been very comfortable going to both of them. I have had most dental procedures available, without a problem with any of them. I personally don't think there is a better dentist out there to go to.

This dental office has been in Burlington for 40+ years and has always kept up with new techniques and equipment. They give back to the community which is so nice to know. Dr. Michael Cohen was also featured on CBC News during Covid for the steps he took to make sure each procedure room was completely contained to make patients safe while having anything done.

I would highly recommend this clinic for all your dental procedures. They listen to any concerns you have and make sure your dental experience is as pleasant as going to the dentist can be!

Super kind and compassionate staff, from the hygienists to the Doctors to the welcoming customer service specialists. They know how to treat their patients with care, love, tenderness and understanding. So glad to finally go to my dentist without any anxieties or sensitivities after the session was completed. I have always found my experiences with Dr. Cohen and his team to be good, it’s hard to make those experiences "fun" but the level of care is good and they respect your time. It is a more pleasant experience with CDCP coverage but there will always be extra charges on top of plan coverage

Just had another 6 month check up with Lakeside Family Dental and once again the experience was great. From the initial friendly greeting from the office staff to the thorough work by my hygienist Ashely to the final check by Dr. Vlad the visit was awesome! I am glad to have recently chosen Lakeside Family Dental to handle my and my husbands future dental needs.
