AMAZING experience. First of all the secretary, Armie was so friendly and accommodating to my schedule and needs. She made sure that I was comfortable in the waiting room and then followed up after my dental work to make sure I was happy with everything. I would say the same about Dr. Kaur. She made sure I was comfortable and happy with how things felt and looked the entire time. She was so gentle and reassuring. The dental assistant was also very friendly and kind. Even though visiting the dentist is not my favourite place to be, this team made my experience very positive and stress free.

Very pleasant experience, the employees were very helpfully and knowledgeable when i asked questions. They were soft spoken and made you feel very comfortable when a dentist visit can be stressful. I had the pleasure of having Alysha and can't say enough of how great she made the experience and answered all of my questions. Highly recommend The Dentists for your dental needs.

The staff at the dentist at Thickwood were very professional and made the each experience as comfortable as possible . I had a root canal and I didn’t feel any pain I would definitely recommend their services to others

Dr Kaur is an amazing Dentist and MeLiZAH is a great is an amazing hygienist. I would recommend to anyone. I do not like going to the dentist but now I am good to go back to this dentist and hygienist

I don’t even know where to start… I’ve struggled with really bad anxiety around going to the dentist for as long as I can remember, and it’s something that’s honestly held me back a lot. Walking into this appointment, I was scared, overwhelmed, and expecting the worst. But this team completely changed that for me. From the moment I walked in, I was met with nothing but kindness, patience, and genuine care. They didn’t make me feel rushed or judged they made me feel understood. Every step of the way, they checked in on me, reassured me, and made sure I felt safe. I can’t even explain how much that meant in that moment. For the first time, I felt like I could actually breathe in a dental chair. It’s rare to come across people who are not only amazing at what they do, but who also lead with so much compassion and empathy. This experience meant more to me than just a visit it honestly helped heal a fear I’ve carried for years. I’m beyond grateful for the way I was treated here. If you’re someone who struggles with dental anxiety, please know you’re not alone and this is a place where you will be cared for in the most genuine way!! I always have such a great experience at the dentists at thickwood. Dr Patel and her staff are wonderful ❤️ always get me in quickly if needed. Dr Patel did my bonding and she's the best. So sweet and always to make sure I'm happy 😊 I had a cleaning done by Melissa yesterday and she did such a great job. Very gentle and I left feeling refreshed. If ur looking for a great dentist I highly recommend u go see Dr Patel and her staff

Awesome dental place everyone is especially nice and everyone is very gentle. I would like to make a special shout out too Lynn as she made a bunch of recommendations for me as I have been struggling with gingivitis’s. She also found old cement from braces that no one has ever bothered to remove, she tried to take of a broken wire behind my teeth. She really went above and beyond.

I had a really great experience with my recent dental cleaning. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable right from the start. The hygienist was gentle but thorough, explaining everything clearly and checking in to make sure I was okay throughout the process.
The clinic was clean, well-organized, and ran right on time, which I really appreciated.
