Just returned from a tooth extraction and had to write about my experience. I was very nervous but the staff at Highlands were so supportive and kind it was a very postive experience. Dentist and technician were professional, informative and very gentle. Bronwen at reception was wonderful. Highly recommend .

The dentist Dr. Ahlawat is very kind and calm . I was feeling a lot of pain and she found the problem. The dental assistant Ramsha, listened my problem and reported the problem to the dentist correct . The receptionist Bronwen acommodate my schedule earlier because I was feeling too much pain. Great team there!

Everyone was amazing! Bronwen at reception was very pleasant and friendly. The Dental hygenest and Doctor were both amazing and answered all my many questions. By far the best dental experience I can remember. I will definatly be continuing my dental care here!

Dr. Meriska was kind, professional, and very helpful. She quickly assessed the situation and arranged an urgent referral to a specialist, which we truly appreciated.
Wesam, the dental assistant, was also wonderful. She spoke my mom’s language, explained things clearly, and helped her feel calm and comfortable during a stressful situation.
She was patient, attentive, and treated my mom with genuine care.
The entire team went above and beyond. It did not feel like just a transaction—they sincerely wanted to help.
I truly highly recommend this clinic.

My wife and I are super happy with the excellent service we got from Kanata Highlands Dental Care on our initial visit with them since we moved from Mississauga. From their very clean clinic with their green-orange motif exuding the feeling of warmth and caring, to the welcoming smiles and office efficiency of Bronwen and Ruchika in the reception, to the detailed explanation of the xrays done by Ramsha, to the meticulous work provided by their hygienist Kendra, to the excellent work by their dentist Dr. Drashti, this clinic and staff deserve a 5-star rating. This was my first visit to Kanata Highlands Dental and I had a great experience from the minute I walked in. Bronwen in reception was super friendly and helpful from the time I got there to the time I left. The x-ray technician and the dentist were super knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The hygienist was very friendly, personable and gentle. I even got a gift card as a welcome for being a new patient. Very good experience all around, and I am happy I chose Kanata Highland Dental to be my new go to dentist office!

I highly recommend this dental clinic. Last week, I was in severe pain and contacted them for help. They responded immediately and were able to give me an appointment very quickly. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly caring, kind, and professional.

After 15 years away from the dentist, I was extremely anxious about coming back and unsure how I’d be treated. From my very first appointment at Kanata Highlands Dental, those fears were completely put to rest.
I was met with care, respect, and genuine understanding. The dentist truly listened to me, respected my needs, and took the time to explain everything without judgment. I also deeply appreciated how thoughtfully my financial situation was taken into account — that level of consideration made a huge difference and helped ease a lot of stress.
Every visit has been welcoming and comforting. From the moment you walk in, the entire team makes you feel at ease, supported, and safe, and that feeling has remained consistent from my first appointment to my most recent one.
