I’ve had a great experience with this dental office. The entire team is friendly, professional, and welcoming. I especially appreciate that it’s an all female staff. They are exceptionally professional, thorough, and detail oriented in their work. The women at the front desk are always kind and helpful, and Bronwen was particularly wonderful and very helpful. Highly recommend!

This was my first visit to Kanata Highlands Dental and I had a great experience from the minute I walked in. Bronwen in reception was super friendly and helpful from the time I got there to the time I left. The x-ray technician and the dentist were super knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The hygienist was very friendly, personable and gentle. I even got a gift card as a welcome for being a new patient. Very good experience all around, and I am happy I chose Kanata Highland Dental to be my new go to dentist office!

I had an good experience here. The front desk team gave me a warm welcome, and the entire staff was incredibly friendly and patient. A special thanks to Bronwen, who went above and beyond to submit my insurance claim directly on my behalf. She made the paperwork completely stress-free so I can get reimbursed quickly. Highly recommend this dental clinic

I highly recommend this dental clinic. Last week, I was in severe pain and contacted them for help. They responded immediately and were able to give me an appointment very quickly. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly caring, kind, and professional.
They took excellent care of me, addressed my problem right away, and now I’m completely fine. I’m very grateful for their prompt response and outstanding service. If you're looking for a dental clinic that truly cares about its patients, this is the place to go.

This has been the best dental office I’ve ever been to. They truly listen to their patients and know how to solve the problem while making you feel comfortable and cared for. After 15 years away from the dentist, I was extremely anxious about coming back and unsure how I’d be treated. From my very first appointment at Kanata Highlands Dental, those fears were completely put to rest.
I was met with care, respect, and genuine understanding. The dentist truly listened to me, respected my needs, and took the time to explain everything without judgment. I also deeply appreciated how thoughtfully my financial situation was taken into account — that level of consideration made a huge difference and helped ease a lot of stress.
Every visit has been welcoming and comforting. From the moment you walk in, the entire team makes you feel at ease, supported, and safe, and that feeling has remained consistent from my first appointment to my most recent one.
I can’t recommend this clinic enough, especially for anyone who’s anxious or returning to dental care after a long break. This is a place that truly treats you like a person, not just a patient.
