The process was very smooth. From the initial call to book the appointment to getting in the chair. The dentist and her assistant were very through with all questions I had asked. Made me feel very comfortable the moment I walked in. Dentist visits are not always an easy venture. But I do look forward to going back to continue the remaining work.

Awesome place to go. Everyone is so friendly. Needed a quick appointment when I broke a tooth and they squeezed me in quickly. Very thorough and Ive never felt pressured into having extra procedures done. As somebody with no insurance (even though all dentistry is expensive) I didn’t feel like I was being gouged.

I recently had the experience of getting a filling done by Dr. Arora, and it was par excellent. I was very nervous getting on the chair, as this was technically my first ever filling, but she went above and beyond to make sure I do not feel even the prick of the needle. Her and her assistant Ram, both took it upon themselves to explain the procedure to me at each step, to help calm my nerves. And before I know it, I was already done. All in all, they won me for life as a patient. :)

This dentist office is the BEST. Everyone is so friendly and funny, especially the receptionists. Take some time, talk to them, get to know them and they become family. I live in Barrhaven and make the drive to CP just for them! So that right there, should tell you how great they are! Give them a chance, you'll be glad you did!
