the best dentist ever! the welcoming vibes from malana when you come in, and the amazing dental assistants who guide you through the process, hold your hand and make it as easy as possible. Dr Bains is absolutely amazing. i was terrified of the dentist prior to meeting him, i had horrible experiences elsewhere and was nervous when i first began here. he taught me that dental work is NOT scary. he’s fixed over 5 cavities for me and given me two root canals that i didn’t feel one tiny bit. absolutely amazing people here. highly recommend:)

Dr. Bains has done an excellent work in extracting my tooth. I did not have much pain afterwards. He explained how to take care for the next few days. Staff who assisted him is knowledgeable and helpful.

I had my scheduled cleaning and x-rays through my insurance and two weeks later follow-up minor filling replacements. Kayla was thorough as ever with the cleaning and x-rays and Dr. Bains replaced the fillings quickly, comfortably and expertly. Excellent experience all round. I highly recommend this dental practice.

Best choice of a dental practice I could have made. As a nervous patient now with a medical condition I actually don't mind going to the dentist. The entire staff are very accommodating to my condition. Their concern is the comfort of the patient. Dr. Bains and Kayla (who has been doing the cleaning) explain everything they do and the why. They do their best to minimize any discomfort. Seriously, I would recommend Riverview as the go to practice.
Update: Kayla wasn't available for my last cleaning but Hope did a wonderful job :) . Today was a filling. My "medical condition" was in full swing today. Even with it, Dr Bains was able to do my filling with no pain felt at all. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Bains and his entire staff. As I told Dr. Bains himself, this is the ONLY dental clinic I've ever liked going to.
