Amazing front desk team! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and felt genuinely welcomed. After Dr. Shima explained what was needed to take care of my issue, the front desk clearly explained the costs and patiently answered all of my questions. Caring, professional, and truly exceptional service! I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this office.

Exceptional Care from Start to Finish!

I cannot recommend Dr. Shima and the incredible team at Promenade Village Dental enough! I recently had a tooth extraction here, and the entire experience was outstanding.Dr. Shima is an exceptionally skilled, gentle, and caring dentist. She took the time to ensure I was completely comfortable during the procedure and gave me thorough, clear instructions for my recovery.

Thanks to her excellent care and the precise post-op plan, my healing process went incredibly smoothly with minimal discomfort, and I am already feeling much better.The entire staff at the clinic is warm, welcoming, and professional. They truly go above and beyond to make you feel supported from the moment you walk through the door.

I was recommended Dr Shima by a friend and I am beyond happy I made the move! Dr Shima and her staff are beyond kind and informative. I previously was a nervous wreck going to the dentist and would always delay my appointments because I was so scared to go.

Dr Shima and her wonderful office have really helped me get back on track with my oral health and I am so comfortable every time I see her. Could not be happier with my results and my visits!

Nidhi was excellent. Dr. Shima and Nidhi were friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout my appointment. They explained everything clearly, were gentle during the cleaning, and took the time to answer my questions. I really appreciated their attention to detail and caring approach. PVD has been the epitome of professionalism, friendliness, and dental hygiene education for me since I've joined. Not only does Dr. Shima answer all my questions, but she takes the time to help me understand what's going on in my mouth. Maybe I just haven't had good dentists before but that's made a big difference for me. Pina, Vicky, and the front staff are also so friendly, efficient and amazing. The effort they put into re-working schedules in the past was beyond what I expected. I don't expect that kind of flexibility but that's what makes the team at PVD super!

Kind and caring staff! As a new patient with a slight nervousness to dental work, they made me comfortable and took the time to explain things in plain english. Dr. Parhizgar is a hoot and so is her hygiene staff. Big shout out to Samantha who made the cleaning as painless as possible. If anyone is looking for a dentist who gives a damn, contact the wonderful staff at this practice.

I’ve been a client since 1988 staring back at Abitibi Dental. I’ve gone through a full range of challenges, all handled with poise and grace. I had other dentists when I moved to the States and none of them came close. But it’s not just the dentistry that’s great, they ask about my family and genuinely care about the answers.

I was sad to hear about Dr. Saul’s retirement, as he has been such a wonderful dentist over the years. At the same time, I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Shima and the rest of the team at Promenade Village Dental, and they made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. The office is warm, professional, and truly family friendly. Knowing that Pina will also be there to help take care of me makes the transition feel even more comforting. I feel confident continuing my dental care here and look forward to many more years with the team.

Doctor Shima is amazing doctor , a true professional. Amazing connection with patients, our whole family is seeing her! We had a bad experience with the previous doctor, the children cried and didn't want to do anything, but Dr. Shima started to approach the children from the very first minute and they are happy to go to her. Dr. Shima is very knowledgeable, kind, and considerate. She walked me through the whole process, recommended care, and gave me options. My dental hygienist Sam is very good at what she does. She was gentle with my cleaning because i have sensitive teeth. I appreciate the entire team. I 100% recommend this dental facility and will return in the future.

Dr. Shima is an AMAZING dentist. She has been working on my mouth for a couple years now and I have switched dentists to stay under her care. She always has the patient's health and comfort at the top of her priority list and she has never once recommended something I didn't need. She also cares so so much about her patients. I have never been to a dentist that has cared so much about my well-being.
