I’ve been going to Promenade Village Dental several times and have always had a great experience. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming, especially the ladies at the front desk who always greet me warmly.

Dr. Shima and her assistants are wonderful. They explain everything clearly and enthusiastically, which makes me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommend!

If you're looking for a top-notch dental clinic, I can't recommend this place enough! I’ve come here for everything from checkups and fillings to cosmetic work, and the experience has been seamless every single time.
Dr. Shima is not only incredibly skilled and professional but also so kind and reassuring. Her assistants manage the treatment process brilliantly and are always patient and gentle. Plus, the clinic itself is immaculate, with strict attention to clean and sterilized equipment.
A special shoutout to the reception team as well—they’re always friendly, fast, and proactive with their phone and text reminders. Hands down the best dental team!

From the very start, Miss Pina made booking my appointment such a pleasant experience with her genuine warmth, care, and kindness.

I had a wonderful experience with Ava at Promenade Village Dental. She is an excellent hygienist, professional, gentle, caring, and very thorough. She explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. Ava is friendly and attentive, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. Dr. Shima is truly exceptional. Her expertise and thoroughness are matched by her genuine compassion and empathy. You can tell she sincerely wants the best for her patients. I've also had very positive interactions with Vicky, Samantha, and Kimia. Dr. Shima clearly sets a high standard for patient care, and it shows in the professionalism, kindness, and care of her entire team. A wonderful office all around!

I’ve been coming to see Dr. Shima for years, and even followed her from another clinic because she is fantastic. She’s friendly, she doesn’t shame someone if their dental health isn’t the greatest and she gives above and beyond for her clients. She’s helped fix my husbands teeth and referred me for jaw specialists because she cares about her clients health. Definitely will stay coming here for years to come!

Ava did my cleaning today and was amazing! Very thoughtful in the care she provided for my teeth, and also very nice to converse with! Also Pina at the front is truly such a wonderful person, I look forward to seeing her each time I come here! 😁

Great dental experience. Dr. Shima is an extremely skilled dentist and is fast and efficient. The office staff are great. Pina in particular has provided great advice regarding treatment options that are cost effective and practical and seamlessly coordinates insurance claims. I highly recommend this Dental office.

My recent visit to Promenade Village Dental was nothing but fantastic. The warm welcome I receive upon entering the office makes me feel so special. I saw Samantha today for my cleaning and she was so kind, friendly and gentle. My teeth felt so clean afterwards. Dr. Shima is both warm and very friendly and made me feel so relaxed and welcome. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dentist.

Amazing front desk team! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and felt genuinely welcomed. After Dr. Shima explained what was needed to take care of my issue, the front desk clearly explained the costs and patiently answered all of my questions. I cannot recommend Dr. Shima and the incredible team at Promenade Village Dental enough! I recently had a tooth extraction here, and the entire experience was outstanding.Dr. Shima is an exceptionally skilled, gentle, and caring dentist. She took the time to ensure I was completely comfortable during the procedure and gave me thorough, clear instructions for my recovery.

Thanks to her excellent care and the precise post-op plan, my healing process went incredibly smoothly with minimal discomfort, and I am already feeling much better.The entire staff at the clinic is warm, welcoming, and professional. They truly go above and beyond to make you feel supported from the moment you walk through the door.

I was recommended Dr Shima by a friend and I am beyond happy I made the move! Dr Shima and her staff are beyond kind and informative. I previously was a nervous wreck going to the dentist and would always delay my appointments because I was so scared to go.

PVD has been the epitome of professionalism, friendliness, and dental hygiene education for me since I've joined. Not only does Dr. Shima answer all my questions, but she takes the time to help me understand what's going on in my mouth. Maybe I just haven't had good dentists before but that's made a big difference for me. Pina, Vicky, and the front staff are also so friendly, efficient and amazing. The effort they put into re-working schedules in the past was beyond what I expected. I don't expect that kind of flexibility but that's what makes the team at PVD super!

Kind and caring staff! As a new patient with a slight nervousness to dental work, they made me comfortable and took the time to explain things in plain english. Dr. Parhizgar is a hoot and so is her hygiene staff. Big shout out to Samantha who made the cleaning as painless as possible. If anyone is looking for a dentist who gives a damn, contact the wonderful staff at this practice.

I was sad to hear about Dr. Saul’s retirement, as he has been such a wonderful dentist over the years. At the same time, I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Shima and the rest of the team at Promenade Village Dental, and they made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. The office is warm, professional, and truly family friendly. Knowing that Pina will also be there to help take care of me makes the transition feel even more comforting. I feel confident continuing my dental care here and look forward to many more years with the team.

Doctor Shima is amazing doctor , a true professional. Amazing connection with patients, our whole family is seeing her! We had a bad experience with the previous doctor, the children cried and didn't want to do anything, but Dr. Shima started to approach the children from the very first minute and they are happy to go to her. Dr. Shima is an AMAZING dentist. She has been working on my mouth for a couple years now and I have switched dentists to stay under her care. Every time I walk in, I’m greeted with such a warm welcome. Everything is explained so nicely and I feel that everyone at the reception and everyone who works there actually hear me and care. Even conversations besides dental issues are welcome where there is always wonderful advice and just overall kindness.
Dr. Shima Parhizgar is so lovely and supportive in every way. I love her hygienists, dental assistants and staff! They all get along so beautifully and have such respect and appreciation for one another.
I’m so blessed to have found this location. It is a bit of a drive but so worth it.
I have less stress there than I did walking into any other dental practice because of their professionalism experience and honesty..
