This is not my regular dental clinic. I came here as an emergency patient with a broken tooth. My regular dentist was closed for 2 weeks vacation. This clinic got me in to see a dentist within 4 hours from when I called. Dentist did a temporary repair but said it probably wouldn’t last and that I really needed to get a crown on that tooth. She gave me a quote for a normal filling and a crown so I could consult with my regular dentist. Unfortunately the temporary repair failed the next day and I was back the day after that to see the dentist again. I decided to get the crown based on what she told me about my dental condition. The whole process was completed within 2 weeks. Had a minor issue with the temporary crown but she was quick to get me in to make sure it was okay until the permanent crown was ready. The dentist was very friendly and helpful. She gave me a break on some of the pricing as I don’t have dental insurance and when she found out that I was a senior, she gave me a 10% discount. The crown ended up being less expensive than the quote and definitely would be less than my regular dentist.
Overall I’m very pleased with this dentist and am considering changing to this dentist for all future dental needs.

We had an amazing experience at this clinic. Dr Julie and her team made my very nervous child feel at ease about getting two teeth pulled. They were kind and patient with my child's many questions! Would highly recommend this clinic!

The only drawback was that the appointment lasted almost 2 hours because the X-ray machines were not working.

Dr. Julie is an exceptional pediatric dentist! She treated my daughter for a tooth crown and filling, and the entire experience was surprisingly smooth. She has a wonderful way of connecting with children—full of patience, warmth, and a fun, lighthearted personality that immediately puts kids at ease.
She has a special “trick” when working with children that makes the whole process feel less intimidating and even enjoyable. My daughter was able to get through the entire treatment without any fuss, which speaks volumes about Dr. Julie’s approach and expertise.

Staff are all friendly and helpful and the office feels welcoming and comfortable. Dr. Hicks is wonderful and the hygienist who I saw (regrettably I have forgotten her name) was too. When I had to have some repairs to my teeth, they were gentle and patient and checked often to make sure I was comfortable. Dr Hicks fixed the trouble and thoughtfully took the time to make sure there was no discomfort or obstruction when I bite down. I really appreciate how thorough and thoughtful and kind Dr. Hicks is, as were my hygienist and the office staff. We relocated to Ottawa recently and feel very fortunate to have found excellent dental care.

We had a great experience visiting the clinic with my wife and daughter. Dr. Grewal and the entire team were amazing. We had X-rays done, and Komal Ji provided excellent hygiene care. The front desk staff were also very welcoming and helpful.
The clinic is located in a large plaza with plenty of parking, so there were no parking issues at all.
Overall, a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!
