Very happy with visit including front desk staff and Dr. Ioana Sovarel and the hygienist. Office is immaculate and has a nice atmosphere. Did a great job on repairing some chipped teeth so overall a very positive experience. Thank you!

Everyone at this dental clinic is really nice, professional, knowledgeable, and great at what they do. I’ve had such a positive experience with everyone I’ve encountered.

I really appreciate how the ladies at the front desk are always friendly and straightforward with the details, especially when it comes to letting me know how much I can expect to pay ahead of time. It makes everything much easier and there are no surprises.

My hygienist (I’m sorry I forgot her name!) is also amazing. She is very thorough and always takes the time to explain things clearly.

Dr. Cristina Sovarel is wonderful! She is very detailed, informative, and was able to resolve dental issues that weren’t properly addressed by my previous dentist. I also really appreciate that she gives advice on preventative care and explains what I can do to keep my teeth healthy moving forward.

My mom was actually the first one to transfer to this clinic and I’m so glad she referred me. I’ve been very happy with the care I’ve received and would definitely recommend them!

I absolutely love this dental clinic! The whole experience has been wonderful. The clinic is very clean, organized, and has such a warm and positive atmosphere. The two ladies at the front desk are always so friendly, kind, and welcoming.

And Dr. Kristina is amazing! She is not only a true professional but also so friendly and caring. I’m genuinely so happy with the care I received, and I feel completely comfortable trusting her with my dental health. I’m so glad I found this clinic and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great dentist! ❤️

I am so happy I brought my mother to Family Dental - she was having pain on a tooth and also wanted have her dental partials looked at, plus she hasn't been to the dentist in years so she was long overdue for a cleaning. Dr. Ioana Sovarel and her team took such great care of her and everyone was so patient and kind! Dr. Sovarel is very knowledgeable and caring, she took the time to explain everything to my mother and I. We've already had a few appointments but I remember after the first visit, we felt so reassured and content to find someone as caring as Dr. Sovarel, especially for my mother - we know she'll be in good hands!

I haven't been to a dentist in years, as I've had bad experiences in the past and felt unheard by the staff. This was not the case with family dental clinic. Upon entering the clinic, the front desk ladies were very welcoming and kind. I was called in quite quickly. The hygienist that took my bite wing X-rays was very friendly and gentle. I then had a detailed conversation with Doctor Cristina. She was very down to earth, informative and straight forward, which I love! She didn't try to push any unneeded services and simply explained the best solutions for my concerns. Not to mention Gene, not sure if I spelled her name correctly but she definitely needs a shout out....the best hygienist I've ever dealt with. I actually almost fell asleep during the scaling process...lol... When does that ever happen. All around, family dental made me feel at ease and I actually don't dread going to the dentist anymore. Thank you to the team for your kindness. I will definitely remain a patient going forward

Staff and Dentists are exceptional. I had a cracked tooth and they got me in the next day for an extraction. Dentist is very gentle and knowledgeable. 100% satisfied and would recommend this clinic.

I had a bad experience with different dental offices and when I called Family Dental they got me right in. My teeth are incredibly bad, chipped, crooked, and cracked. Previous dentists were usually kind and would promise everything, but in the end it all ended just with cleaning and tooth extraction. With Loana I got satisfied service from preventive check-ups to cosmetic enhancements. I have had several procedures done quickly and painless. She correct and shape all mine front teeth very quickly. My mouth looks like a work of art thanks to Dr. Loana Sovarel and her team! She really transformed me. Thank Loana for your outstanding work! I’m recommending you to anyone reading this post!

The girls at the front are awesome. Always a warm welcome. This visit I did not see the dentist but did have my teeth cleaned. Love my hygienist. She is thorough and yet very gentle. Always a positive experience at this clinic.

From Reception to the hygienist to the dentist, all were very polite, responsive and professional in the treatment and care that I received throughout my visit! And this same ethic is apparent from all staff at each and every appointment. Going to this dental office is always a pleasure!
