Very positive visit. Staff was courteous. Knowledge of various dental programs seems to be lacking. PSAC has limited some payouts based on terminology while other dental clinics include the service in cleaning as an example. Others include polishing as part of the cleaning process which is covered by insurance. If you mention polish, PSAC considers it a cosmetic service and does not compensate. This restricts visits and services provided. I am sure there are other wrong terminologies being used by Dentistry Arnprior.

Finally found a dental clinic I can trust,They are so gentle and professional
I was able to book an appointment almost immediately and they solved my dental problem efficiently
​It's a massive facility with a great reputation in the neighborhood they provide all-in-one dental services and accept all kinds of cases , Highly recommended!

Do not have enough words and gratitude! Beyond thankful for the level of compassion and kindness shown by the entire office. I called and warned them of my daughters extreme fear of needles. They went above and beyond to ensure she felt comfortable, that she felt heard and gave assent through out the entire appointment. Highly Professional and Highly recommended!

I had a great experience at Dentistry at Arnprior. The team is incredibly communicative, organized, and responsive, which made everything feel smooth and stress-free from start to finish. They are very welcoming to new patients and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable.
What really stood out was how thorough they are. They take the time to explain everything clearly so you fully understand your care. On top of that, everyone is personable, friendly, and genuinely pleasant to deal with.
Overall, a fantastic experience. I would highly recommend them!

My appointment went great! Escorted to my appointment by the technician to have my teeth cleaned. The room was bright and clean. The technician was very calm, polite and professional. He explained everything that he was going to do as he was doing my cleaning. I don't think my appointment could have gone any better.

THE BEST DENTIST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. From start to finish, first off I want to make sure my dental assistant I had today gets noticed because she made me so comfortable was so nice and understanding you can tell there was 0 judgment everything she did and the way she was,was so calming and she was just awesome. The dentist was so kind and explained everything to me. Than the financial part the lady was so kind and broke down everything for me.

To say the least I’m excited for my new dental journey instead of being scared !!!

The people at the reception were very friendly and knowledgeable. They made me extremely comfortable. As for the doctor and his assistant, they made me at ease and they explained in detail what would be the procedure to fixe my problems and the dentist give me some choices available to me.
My experience was outstanding and I will be very happy to recommend you to my friends.

Amazing staff!! Great Dentist!

I had a tooth extracted yesterday.
Dr Ghai was wonderful getting all the pieces out. I do have sore gums from the additional tools used but that's what needed to be used. Overall I have the utmost respect for Dr Ghai and trust him and his recommendations.
So far, 2 root canals and the extraction yesterday and without a doubt, ill be back should anything else arise.

This was my 5th visit for a hygiene appointment / annual check-up and updated x-rays. I had a new hygienist, Christa or Christina (can’t recall), but she was superb and communicative. Her professionalism and exceptional care of patients is highly commendable. Exceptional service once again.
