Kevin's customer service and support is 10+! He was very patient and helpful when I was setting up all my patient forms. The reason for the 4 stars is that the forms were not user friendly and quite onerous.

Not only did he help me get access I needed that makes that an issue of the past, but he also helped me to reconnect it to our gmail. Kevin needs a raise, or a promotion or something good

Kevin was quick to respond and always very receptive to suggestions. We made some major changes to the initial look of the page and he had no difficulty or hard feelings implementing them. I was very happy with the finished product and how easy it was to work with him.
